*   Selling price

As price of plastic resins is influenced by oil price, the product price is unstable and always variable. Uy Kiet is committed to offering the best price to the customers as of the purchase date.

*   Payment

-   Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong: Payment by cash on delivery.

-   Other areas: full prepayment for PO value to the company bank account.

*   Delivery

-   Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong: free-of-charge delivery.

-   Other areas: To create favorable conditions for customers to receive goods, goods are delivered via the customer’s designated delivery agencies in HCMC and Binh Duong. The service charge for delivery to the customer’s address shall be paid by the customers.

*   Return

Return is accepted within 7 working days upon shipment.

-   In the case of return at the manufacturer’s faults, the accruals arisen during the return shall be covered by Uy Kiet  

-   Otherwise, all costs incurred during the return process shall be borne by the customers.
